Prerecorded message to business line. A little different in that it's a "Press 2" to talk to an agent. Offering "tax help" if you are delinquent with the IRS. I wouldn't deal with a company that's in violation of one government agency rules (FTC) pitching their help with another government agency (IRS).
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take the call at the time, or I would have been happy to find out more about them. Any one else got a company name?
