I remember this number from several times before, and saw other entries when I came here to check.  It is an unusually clever scammer.  It's a robocall, but more sophisticated.  When you say "hello," you hear a pause and a female voice says, "uh, hello?"  And of course you respond by saying "yes?"  And she says, "oh I'm sorry, it must be my headset..." with an apologetic tone of voice.  By then the jig is up and you realize it's a clever recording using a tactic every schoolteacher and speechwriter knows:  THE PAUSE.  People and kids stop and listen closely when a speaker pauses, and they feel sympathetic when the voice stumbles.  Don't fall for it.  It's a scam call, just more clever than most of them.  I still can't figure out why I am the first entry here, I definitely remember this number.  We're lucky most scammers use more direct, primitive, laughable tactics.  I fell for this call, the first time.  It sounds like a real, hesitant person.  It's not.
