this is a cell phone gps tracking device number so they can see where your phone is when you say hello they simply hang up and waalaa they got you and simply know where you are now at that point in time on your phone
Got a call on the cell phone, tried to answer it and it had disconnected. Tried to call it back and the cell phone wouldn't call it back. Not sure what this was all about.
