Caller claims to be comcast. They claim there were service issues in the area over the night and they detect residual service problems in the area. I told him I couldn’t do anything now because we are using the internet for work - so obviously we aren’t affected and he insisted on calling back. I told him we work until 5pm and he said he’d call at 4. I said that wouldn’t work. After hanging up, I googled what he said “comcast calling and detecting a problem.” Comcast will never call you unless it’s from their own number.
