Just answered this, as the caller id showed "St of New Mexico", and they are a customer. However, when I answered I hear a robocall saying "Hi there! This is Emily and I have great news! You're pre-approved for ..." at which point I shut my mouth and hung up. I have just received my first for sure spoofed call. I've saved the number in my "Do Not Answer" list, but that won't help a lot, since I'm looking at the caller id first.
