Everyone on our cell phone account has gotten a phone call, supposedly originating at this number, from a Melissa or Elyssa Lopez, supposedly from a company called ARM Mediation.  Told the caller when I could get a word in edgewise that they had the wrong number and hung up on her.  My husband got the same call today; guess since his name is the same as the one they are looking for (we have a very common name, and get calls for everyone with the same last name from at least 3 surrounding states) and the spiel was that she works for this company, and the person they are looking for was part of some sort of "settlement" group.  Then gave her "personal" number of 716-256-1817, which has come up on this site previously as someone threatening a person is going to be sued and served at their place of business.  So either an out-and-out scammer or some sort of incompetent collection agent using dishonest means.  The company she claims to be working for does have a website, but when you hit the "contact us" there is no information, and the rest of the website is very questionable.  Scammer fer sure!
