this person called my office saying that he was calling on behalf of 411. it sounded like a scam but i let him keep talking. he was trying to verify information. i did not answer any questions with yes or no. i just said 'uh huh'. finally the ball dropped and he mumbled something about 'it only costing $400' and i immediately hung up.
