Called me saying that I had taken out a loan in 2013 and that the company that they are working for put a complaint on me and I had to give them my lawyers information they new all my information but nothing came out on my report.
I received the same phone call. I was told there was money deposited into my checking account in September of 2013 then I never paid the loan back. Asked me for my attorneys information to put in my "case file". I gave him two words to put in his case file- scam and fraud. Wished them luck! Told them they should call the police and report these fraudulent actions. LOL.
They left a message saying a complaint has been made against me(did not say who the complaint was for) (sounded like she was reading from a script) and i needed to call 507-216-6277 if i didnt they would note in in my file . SCAM
