Got a call from this number at 9:58pm. Guy had a strong southern accent and said something about donating to a police charity. When I asked him to clarify he seemed like he didn't want to give me any more info. I told him it's weird that he's calling at 10 at night. He said "ok, maybe another time." and hung up.
Seems like a scam.
