on cell phone ..once yesterday and once today. nothing on the other end...

First question she asked, "Can you hear me?"  Red flag.  A recording telling you that you have won a $200 gift card to Walmart, Target wherever and at that point I hung up.  I also didn't answer her when she asked if I could hear her.

No message left but keeps calling and leaving silent messages

Its a Phone scam. Don't say yes when they ask if you can hear them.
