This company continuously calls my parents homes stating they want to serve me with court documents! I do not know why, I did not do anyone anything and I do not have any debt!!! So why are they calling us??? This is phone harassment and people like that should be locked up and face serious time!
Dave Hubert or someone from this number has been calling me everyday doe the past 3 years saying they are going to come to my house the next day to serve me with some papers. They have also been calling my ex-husband cell phone leaving the same message for me. How did they get his phone number, he has only had this phone for a short time. I don't know what this is about, but they should not be calling my ex-husband. How can I stop them from calling him?

This company calle my 80 year old mother in law about 6 times in one day, leaving messages fo my husband. I finally called them back and they stated tha my husband was being sued by an online loan company. I asked the gentleman how much was owed, he would never say, he only wanted to keep throwing threats around, finally when i wouldn't agree with what he was saying, he stated that he was going to send the file to Dallas county. He was very argumentative and could not get him to answer any of my question, but wante me to answer his. No a law firm but a collection agency. Would never tel me the name of his company,
