got repeated calls from this number, pushing me to go to a town several over to claim a prize.  When asked where I might have signed up for this, I was answered with a voice that laughed and said, OH, I don't know, it could have been a car wash or a trade show.  We stations set up in sorts of places for things like this.  

On another site like this, I see someone got a call the same day.   Turns out to be time share sellers.

In other words, SCAMMERS!!
