They are calling to say they are suing. They apparently have social security number and they are threatening with a lawsuit. You can't understand them they are of Asian descent and their English is not understandable. They love to argue and you can't reason with them because they don't understand you and you don't understand them.  Apparently they are with CIL Banks Metro. Never heard of them. I don't know if they are legitimate. Also, you hear a lot of background noise in the back, very, very, noisy.
