We got a call and didn't answer. When the answering machine picked up there was no message left. Called back using my cell (did *67 first of course) and received a message the number was no longer in service...within 3 minutes....REALLY...c'mon now people, find something better to do with your time.
Called three times tonight. First two, only got silence. Third time wife answered and the woman spoke. Said she was a "chimney cleaner", of which we never called. When pressed further, she hung up. Very shady.
Asked for my husband...when told he wasn't home, said I had 10 seconds to "guess who they were to win a prize". When I didn't respond, he rudely said "guess you lose" & hung up on me. Sounds like a real legitimate business, right? LOL! When I googled the number it came up as an internet provider in Holden?? I promptly blocked the number...
Person on other in of the line is trying to dig for personal information. Suggest you hand up and block after using a Very High pitched whistle in receiver!!!!!
