This company first emailed, then called me based on my resume and was interested in me for a Project Manager job. I do not have PM experience, but let the process play out as I'm in the job market. Well to make a long story short, this company has a very basic website (www.fortis-lease.com), and it's traced back to the Ukraine. I had a short phone interview of 4 generic questions the girl (Megan) read off a sheet. After the 4 questions she said she will forward on the info on to the training manager. Today I got a job offer, well a one month paid training then would potentially start after that was completed. Again, no real interview process, and when I replied back to the email asking for more information about the company, they did not respond. It sounds like some sort of money scam, maybe where they would ask for your account info to do a direct deposit then hack you. No other info anywhere on the web about the company and the website was created only a week ago. As they said, if it sounds too good to be true (an easy $90K job with no vetting process) it usually is.
Hi. Yes I believe it is a scam too. I do have experience but too many things about the company don't add up. For instance every location has the same email address. Also I called the number after hours and was told it was a Google number... not a real number. I thank God that I did not give them too much information but yeah its a heartbreaking-SCAM. Also I looked up the location in Boston, Ma... I could not find the name Fortis-Lease listed in the company directory for that site location. So I looked up the real Fortis Company and they DO NOT have a location in Boston. The last thing I would like to do is call the location in New York in the morning... and ask them if they have a NEW location in Boston, MA. But so far I'm 97% convinced it is a scam for FREE-ILLEGAL-WORK. Why waste our time??? ...Ohhhhh Also I was contacted by Elizabeth Hall and the SAME woman interviewed me later... which was also ODD.
