This spoofed number called our business today at 1627 hours.  Suspecting a scam artist, I answered warily.  Sure enough, there was a slight delay and then a not-very-bright man asked for the boss by first name (obviously trying to imply there was some sort of existing relationship).  When told that the boss doesn't work in the office, he works on the road, Mr. Not-Very-Bright replied, "Oh.  That's okay.  I'll try again another time."  I then repeated about the boss not working in the office slowly and asked I could be of some assistance.  He declined.  After the call, I blocked our number and called the number back.  I got a message saying that the number is not in service so it's obviously a scam artist illegally spoofing a phone number.
