Who called from 5082225941

Caller ID says "MASSACHUSETTES" (spelling error is their's not mine).  They leave no message.

I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  It rings once.  I hear 2 minutes of silence.  Then it hangs up on me.

We have a spoofed caller ID and the inability to be called back.  Smells like a SCAM.

Gone for 9 months, but they're back.  Same caller ID, "MASSACHUSETTES".  I pick up and say nothing (not even "Hello").  The caller said "hello" a few times in different ways.  Accent was American.  It did not sound like a robot.
