Caller ID says "15082343916" instead of the default (xxx) xxx xxxx format. So they are trying to look vanilla, but have failed. They leave a message, "Hi, I'm Dave Rosen <uhh>. I'm running for congress, and I'm calling to ask you for your vote on November 8th. I will fight for you, your families, and all of the 4th congressional district. I am a veteran; I understand the dangers we face, and I will work to protect all of us, and to build a stronger, safer America. I <uhh> again I ask for your vote on November 8th. Paid for by the committee to elect Dave Rosen. Thank you."
I call back (using *67 to block my number). I hear the following, "We're sorry; the number you have dialed has been changed or is not in service. For a valuable message from one of our sponsors, please, stay on the line while we retrieve this information for you. We're starting the search now. Again the number you dialed is not in service. To learn more about XXX, press 1." I press nothing. They continue, "Again, to learn more about XXX, press 1." I again press nothing. They continue, "Goodbye." The following repeats 3 times, "We're sorry your call did not go through. Will you, please, hang up and try your call again. Framingham Tops." Then they hang up. I googled "Framingham Tops", but I found nothing.
