PAY ATTENTION!!!!! To the people who are answering these calls: STOP DOING THAT YOU IDIOTS!!!!! The only way these a holes are going to stop is if EVERYBODY will stop picking up the phone. Nobody in the gov is going to do anything to them and blocking is a waste of time. They will just call back showing new numbers on the caller ID. Making a loud noise in the phone doesn't do any good either. Tried it and they laughed.
