A recording claimed to offer savings on electric bill. They violated the 'do-not-call' rule.

Same ole, same ole...  [***] bout lowering your rate- but it's just a scam......   Some folks ask "why do they call me after I'm on the do not call list?"  But thats a bit like asking why did I just get mugged cuz it's illegal to mug people, right?  All anyone can do is NOT answer and ignore them.  They will eventually go away if there is NO reply....

Phone rang once and The Clean Plane came up on caller ID.  Another weird call.
