I am getting calls from 508 251 9732 every couple of weeks. They say there is a lawsuit against my name and social security number. They say their name is Sean Billardy with a Massachutsettes Lawfirm and they will continue to call my work and said they will talk to my boss and who ever they need to too make me send them money. They also said they would call the local law enforcement against me. I have no idea what they are talking about. I had this happen before with another company saying that the state of California had the same claim against me. I sent them money and never got a receipt that the so called debt had been paid or what it was for. What do I do?
