This is the STAPLES call center in Manila, The Philippines! I had ordered something from STAPLES and it was lost in transit. The STAPLES call center telephoned me from this number (508-253-5000) to report that my item was, indeed, now in the Toms River, NJ store and that I can pick it up at any time. So, from Manila, it may go through a local call director in Massachusetts but the person that I spoke with was very nice and she assured me that this was the Staples Call Center in Manila, Philippines. She did not volunteer this info.. I asked her "Where are you calling me from?" So, you can pick up. It's safe.
This is something fishy,lady kept saying hello? Yes, hello? Hello can you hear me, ? Hello? Yes hello, literally n then it was silent for 15sec n I go "are you done?" She responds "mam" I'm asking why account number 720111111 n I can't remember the rest but kept repeating it, wasn't sure if it was a recording so I told her to suck my d$*k to see if she would respond and she said man account number 7201111 then I kept making her repeat that number
