This number appeared on our caller ID when these morons called our business today at 1148 hours. It's a local number, a legitimate landline of someone in town, but it was clearly spoofed by some overseas scam artist, to trick us into answering the phone. Answer the call I did. I heard that "bloop" sound that indicates an auto-dialer transferring a call to the next available scam artist. In the background was boiler room racket, then a guy with a very Indian accent said he wanted to talk to the "boss" then used the boss' first name. I told him in a very bored voice, "No." He disconnected. So these morons are going out of their way to break laws by hiding their identity. It won't do them any good though because we have too many functioning brain cells to fall for whatever scam they're trying to pull.
