Caller from 508-281-1445 called twice. First time I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. Second time, I answered and clearly had someone on the other end, pausing, then hung up. I immediately called the number back, and a caller answered "P & B Capital". I then looked up P & B Capital, listed as some sort of debt reducing company, but who knows. Why are they randomly calling people and hanging up? Is this some new telemarketing scheme?

They called me twice early in the morning and left no message and then called back later in the day... When I called the number back the answering machine said "leave your file number and name and number" with no indication of what company it was at all.
