Sue them! If you can prove that they called you, as they did me, then you can take them to court. If you have the time and energy, then let them put their money where their mouth is.
When I tried to call them back, you can only leave a message by pressing 1. Or you can push another button to be on the do not call list, which is probably a big joke. So, I left a message that they are in violation and should expect a court order.
SUE THEM. It's not all that hard in small claims court.
Caller identified themselves as a "Honda" representative and asked about a vehicle we owned. Wanted to know if we were still receiving notices about maintenance coverage, which we don't have. Asked them who they were again and the caller said "underwriters of Honda" . When I said oh you're selling insurance, they hung up. Not legit for sure.
