I received a call from 508-281-7600 @ 2:53 Pm on 06 Feb 2012. I was not able to answer the phone due to the fact (1) I was asleep and (2) upon rousing I must not hurry since I have balance problems due to a CVA (stroke) suffered in 2004. I cut on my computer and found this web site I am using right now and discovered much of what I know about this spoofed call ID number. I will put this number on my Comcast call ID block and that will be the last I hear from these spammers or whatever they are for good. I also in reading one of your post have a feeling that they were calling for my father but he is not available since he was nifter (died) in 2008 and he did subscribe to some magazines during his lifetime.
They weren't the callers, according to some of the posts here. Someone fraudulently used their number so as to seem legitimate. (Not that most of us would be doing business with a regional data center in any case.
its likely that this is a data center that hosts a VoIP service that telemarketers (their customers) are using, but its reporting as coming from the data center that serves that customer. Bottomline: Any data center that allows customers who are phone spammers should be held as accountable as it would be if they had a customer send out millions of email spams.
