This number called my DNC listed landline tonight at 2052 hours.  Because fully 99% of all calls I get on my landline are scam artists (because legitimate companies know better than to violate the DNC list), I picked up the phone but said nothing.  No one spoke on the other end and the call disconnected after a moment.  An online lookup shows that the owner's name is hidden (for privacy reasons) which is common with scam artists.  So, I blocked my number and called the number back.  No answer.  I let it ring for several minutes but there was no answer.  Another sign of a scam artist.
