I completed a LENGTHY survey for this group b/c I had the time *and* they promised to email me a Starbucks gift card. Of course the gift card never came. When I called them back no one ever answered and all voicemail boxes were full. They asked if they could call me back for another survey. I told them no way, this is my cell phone and BTW, how did you ever get this number?
