Very rude to my husband; refused to disclose who they were, and when I picked up the phone, the ignorant trash on the other line was mocking my name, "Elaaaaayna"! Really? How about a M.G.L. c.93A consumer protection claim for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act? And you wonder why people refuse to speak with you.  You never truly know the size shoe another walks in.  Remember that next time you harass another.
