Sucks when you are waiting for a surgical phone call and you answer the call because is says Parks Surgical. ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY ARE CHIMNEY SWEEPERS!!! Nothing like falsifying their identity to get you to answer the call! POS!!!
"Park Surgical" so I answered the number. I said, "Hello". 4 seconds later, I could hear persons talking in background. I hung up. Really, so important, not to answer the phone unless you know the caller. We must try to always apply this rule.
