Woman with a strong Indian accent demanded that we provide them with a doctor's private email address. When they were told no repeatedly, they said they would call back. This number will be blocked ASAP.
Must have been the same person that called Summer. When I told her that she had the wrong number, that this was not a doctor's office, she called several more times to make sure I was not lying
Alexander (heavy Indian accent) called and the call was transferred to me, he then went on to tell me that Physician's Healthcare network was opening in our area and for free..... I told him he could put it in writing I did not have time. He then called back and I answered (I was up front) and he told me my office manager didn't have time but wanted me to give him the information. I told him I was the person who just spoke with him and we would not do anything over the phone.
Somebody called to me and they refer patients to our facility and they did. its a good gob.
all i can suggest if they call your office give all the information you have and they will refer you a patient. (y)
I receive a call to a Handsome Voice, and he said his name is Charles. i love the way he talk politely, i was very comfortable giving the information he want. but we are not a medical office though
