I got a phone call from a guy name albert johnson. I had to leave for work and he called back. My mom answered the phone and told him she would take a message. He became rude threated to call a manager so he could get her fired. My mom asked for a manager and he then said he was the manager and that she had 5 minutes to call him back. She told him that I just left for work and that he was being rude and threatning so she wanted to speak to the manager. He then said just ask her to call back. She then called me at work.

Threatened me a lawsuit was being filed against me under my ssn. Told me not to ignore call or I would be sorry. That it would result in criminal charges. That I would have the hardest time of my life if I did. Identified himself as "Roderick". I called number and got a quick - "call back later" reply. Hardly seems like it is a large company.
Who are these people? This seems to violate all laws concerning any collections I have ever experienced.
