Recording from "credit card services" stating there is no problem on my account but they can help lower my interest rate. Instructed to press 1 to speak to a live operator. Sounds like a scam to me.
Strangely, the Caller ID said "Mass,Comnwlth o" which would be normal for a state government agency in my state (Commonwealth of Massachusetts). It was about lowering interest rates on debt. I think it might be illegal to impersonate a state agency.
