some guy named something foreign called me again but this time from my cell phone. He did at least quit calling my work. He was sayign he was from law office of collections or somethign like that. just ignore it. it some idiot that can't make use of his time elsewhere. He wasted about a minutes after he said "i need to talk to you" never even gave a number. stupid foreigners.
I called them back! I told them that my lawyer wanted a physical address. They hung up on me. I called them about six times and harrassed them for a while. It was quite fun.
A foreign person named Michelle Williams called me from this number several times saying they were going to send an arrest warrant to my "place of employment". I tried callng back on several occasions. The first time, the voice message told me to leave a message, but then said the message could NOT be left at that number. Then I tried back again today and someone named "James" answered. When I asked what number was this, he hung up. Then I tried back several times immediately after that and no answer. Who is this and do they have the right to leave threatening messages on a person's phone?
Some guy named James called my husband stating that in 2010 he took out a Payday loan from a cash advance place and that there was a lawsuit against him and that they would send the paperwork in the mail. There are only two problems with this in 2010 my Husband was in the ARMY and he couldnt get a payday loan due to the interest rates and they didnt verify any address with us. They gave us the last four of our bank account number and everything and i went thru all of my bank statements and there is no record of a payday loan on it. So I called back trying to get answers and they asked if I was his attorney of course I said yes and "James" told me that he would see me in court then just hung up. When requesting info so we could straighten this out I was repeatedly hung up on. I tried one final time and received a guy who called himself "ickma" spoke in a foreign language for 7 minutes...so i had a little fun back. these people are just scam artists and I have already reported them If they harass you dont be nice they are ruthless cannot speak english and think this is a game. give it back to them.
