Who is this number?  Twice they called via voice but I am Deaf and I always refuse any voice calls.  Even if they are important I refuse to answer.  I usually text.  So who is this?  I also do not like many websites you have to pay for reversal.  What ever happened to the good old fashioned calling operator dialing zero!?  Oh wait, I am Deaf.  haha.
