People at this number keep calling my 85 year old mother. They give my mother this number and the name David Scoed but when they answer all they want is a name and David Scoed is not the name they want. Go figure! They have said things such as; her son has a debit and must be in court at such and such a place tomorrow at 2:00 or they come and arrest her. They will arrest all of her children and they try to get her to give out the phone numbers or names of her other children. They always have an accent of some kind and are always very rude and threatening. When I call back they will not give any information as to who they are. They say they are calling from Africa and they are poor and need much money, they die young and noone there is 85 and on and on and on. I will also report this to the AG of my state.
I am being hassled by David Scott from the "Restitution Dept of the City of Boston".
He says that he works for the "company" of Investigation Dept.
And that my friend has used my name for fraudulent activities.
Apparently I am in "big trouble" and only my cooperation will ensure that he does not
send investigators to my home!
I gave him a lawyers phone number and told him to communicate only with my lawyer!
Frightening since he knew my name and the name of an acquaintance
I am definitely making a police report. This is a scam.
