ITS AN OFFSHORE SCAM - so while NOT impossible to track down - its very difficult to do so - they are using VoIP which makes it hard to trace the calls back to a certain location, as well as CHANGE the phone#'s they use almost daily.
JUST TELL THEM YOU KNOW THEY ARE SCAM AND HAVE REPORTED TO Secret Service, FBI, Attorney Generals and FTC and hang up then ignore any more calls.

i never took a "loan" out from the man with the thick, indian accent named "john obrien" who said I got a loan, this year, but with no date of the loan or anything, from a place called cash advance
Hey everyone - this is huge scam - they are not going to drag anyone anywhere - they are just going to cause you alot of aggravation. They accuse people of taking a loan - that you never took. They will threaten with all kinds of crap - none of which they can do. They will try to embarass you by calling your emplyer and possibly friends. In most cases they ahve stolen informaiton form people who inquired about or have had payday loans in the past. However - they also have gotten other peoples information who have not applied or inquired about payday loans. Read the post by "the saint" under the number 707-633-0002 on this site - it has alot of information. Report any calls you get to your state attoeny general and on www.ic3.gov. Good luck - they call form all different number using all different names - I have been dealing with these nitwits since February.
