This number has called more than 30 times in the last day and a half. No message is left. The source on my caller ID says Massachusetts. I can hear people talking in the back ground with a foreign accent. No way am I answering unless they leave a message saying what they want.
Not a smart idea, engaging the scammers. Playing their game by their rules on their turf you'll never win. At the very least you'll get more calls. Or they could "swat" (look up swatting) you. They also could start using your number as a spoofed number when they scam call other people. Wouldn't that be fun? Keep in mind that many of them are most likely overseas, they feel they have nothing to loose. Can you say the same thing? Just do not answer unknown calls and do not call them back.
Caller with Indian accent in English said there was a problem with my computer. They would give me $250. I asked if they would wire the funds. He said, "yes, we just need you to go onto your computer." I said get off my line, get off my computer.
