Who called from 5083990022

I get this several times a week. It's a "free government grant" scam.

person constantly calling. I have number blocked but he keeps leaving voicemails not saying much at all and can't understand him.

Scam. Good afternoon my name is Mike Murphy and I am calling you from U.S. government. Very heavy foreign accent. I hung up.

Just adding a note to this that they have tried to call me at least 5 times just today. Very persistent.

I just put all numbers that I do not know on a block list. The call goes right to voice mail
