No matter how many times I block them they just seem to call from another number.  They just don't seem to get the hint.

I would try being more aggressive in your call blocking-try blocking entire area codes or ranges of numbers (if possible). Read your blocker's owners manual and think "outside the box".

This number calls often.  It's telemarketer to lower my Eversource bill, which I repeatedly tell them I don't have Eversource.  It doesn't matter to them.  They just keep calling. Now I don't even pick it up.
