They called just before 6pm (they love calling at supper time!). I let it go to the answering machine, as I usually do for numbers I don't recognize. For some reason they didn't hang up this time, in fact their recorded message had already begun by the time the answering machine started recording. Something about avoiding an increase in energy rates through a government program or something like that. A scam, i'm sure.
