I've had this number before.  It's from southeast MA (Fall River).  Phone back claiming to be representing Association of Police Officers.  Never heard from them and I work for the state.  I asked what benefits departments in MA would receive.  No response.  But they were quick asking to send an envelope for us to put a check or cash into.  Sorry.  Donate to your local town police auxiliary.  At least they'll get your support...
