This number calls me constantly and I am seriously pissed

This number keeps calling me and when I answer there is no one there. When I try to call back, they say it is a none working number.

This phone number calls me, and there is no one there.  When I call back, it's a busy signal.

I recieved a call from this number telling me I signed up for a $100 Subway gift card and won an additional $800. It was difficult to understand the girl speaking. She wanted to confirm if I still had a visa or master card. When I asked her to mail me the info, it sounded like she said "oh [***]" and hung up.

I have heard of a scam that when they ask you a yes or no question they record your vioce and use it to confirm charges to your credit card. I dont know if this is one of those scams, but I would not answer any questions if you are unsure of who it is.
