This number called my DNC-listed landline today, Sunday, at 1508 hours. Because nearly every single call I get on my landline is a scam artist, I picked up the phone but said nothing. The call disconnected. So, it looks like it was a system waiting to hear a voice before either triggering an idiot-message or transferring me to the next available scam artist. I blocked my caller info and called it back from a different line. A recording thanked me for calling but said the survey I was calling about... Yup. Just another scam artist pretending to be calling for a survey so they can try to get around the DNC list. Gee, such an original ploy. <typed sarcastically> And, big surprise, it's a VoIP number.
