Its ERS, though they don't say it in their message.  A "Tony Taylor" called and left a message saying that it was "not a sales or telemarketer call but a brand new program which may suit someone in your position."  At the end he signed off saying that if he didn't hear back they were going to call my place of business to verify my employment.
