So ya I'm in the same pickle...  this sucks cus I pay for the Bell answering service, to take my messages when im out and now I'm being charged for not being at home to ignore the call???  Whats the point we have no protection!!!

I called the number and found out it's Quest a chat line. Seems someone in the family is making calls late at night.

What kind of chat line is it?

Same thing it charged us $36 for 24 minutes. Has anyone tried to block the call

Bell Canada says its a bill they got from a 3rd party that they were just passing on to me.  They agreed to take it off my bill and have the third party bill me directly.  That should be interesting.  Bill says company is a local branch of ZPDI (try googling that).  But they say it was a collect call and have blocked all collect calls at my request.
