"Ryan" Called and demanded money. ID as Wells Fargo. Had dollar amounts and dates wrong. Charges me auto insurance when I had never lapsed. I had just became employed and promised them 1 payment on my next payday Nov 9. He said it was not good enough. I ended call. "John" called right back speaking of how poor a payment history we have had. Overtalked and was harassing in my opinion.

Wells Fargo overall is ok to deal with. This RYAN, however, must be their idea of a goon. Lied to me on numerous occasions. Very demanding.
Please...anyone who receives a call from RYAN immediately ask to speak to a supervisor.
I almost decided that I need to take a drive to Westboro to see RYAN in person.
TOTAL IDIOT!!!
I Don't think I ever had anything positive to post about an unsolicited call before :-)
However seeing how miserable this Ryan character is I feel compelled to mention that one of their collectors was polite and helpful when I spoke with him. His name or at least his user id name was John.
He's a good sort, if they call you again- ask for him and maybe it won't be such a horrible hassle
