called back and got a VM that said it was Julie and if you are calling back because of an unsolicited call she does not due that and is working with her phone company to see what is going on.
Called my cell phone and did NOT leave a message. I moved 2500 miles away from Massachusetts over 1 year ago, but continue to be swamped by scammers who spoof numbers with a 508 Massachusetts area code. They must think that I'll answer the phone if it looks like it's originating from someone I know. Only about 1% of all incoming calls that I receive are legitimate, so I only answer calls from those in my contact list. I quickly return phone calls if an unknown caller leaves a detailed message and has a good reason for calling.
