Who was was calling me? What is the name of the company?

Who ever these people are call from multi numbers, multi states and ask for unknown individuals. They state they are recording the conversation.

I did not answer the call

iget multiple calls   daily from scammers, telemarkers, irs scams etc  i do not answer    un    known callers they never leave message i spend at least 45 min daily deleting these calls

This is the 3rd time getting called from this number. The last 3 months i have been getting spam calls at least twice a day. What the heck is going on? I never got spam calls prior to a few months ago on my cell phone.
