I just received the exact same call. I answered, and heard nothing on the other end of the line. When I called back the first time, the phone was busy. After waiting a few minutes I called back for a second time, and I got a voice prompt that instructed me to press 1 if I wanted to be removed from their promotion list.
Anyway, sounds like some telemarketing company.
My caller ID shows the location as MA, USA. A reverse phone lookup shows that the number is from a landline phone that originates from Barnstable Town metro area, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.
